The First Spark

At 14, co-founded free summer classes in public speaking and essay writing for students in his province, the first ember of a lifelong commitment to youth empowerment.

First Enterprise

Launched his first social enterprise and secured his first government contract at 18, designing localized ecosystems for young people to access government services and funding.

2016

Harvard World MUN

Became the first Filipino to win the Social Venture Challenge at the Harvard World Model United Nations Summit in Rome, Italy, a victory that jumpstarted his career in social innovation.

Founded Siklab

Founded Siklab Pilipinas, conceptualized at the United Nations General Assembly. The organization would grow into an internationally recognized development consulting group reaching over 200,000 young people across Asia.

Angat Buhay & Resolution Fellowship

Worked with the Office of the Vice President of the Philippines to launch the Angat Buhay youth development program. Named a Resolution Fellow (Class 8).

Global Stage

Named a Yunus & Youth Fellow. Spoke at the WorldSkills Conference in Kazan, Russia, among his first major international speaking engagements on youth and skills development.

Pandemic Response

During COVID-19 lockdowns, created local learning hubs that provided educational services to students and employment to displaced teachers, turning a global crisis into community opportunity.

Bridging Leadership

Named a Bridging Leadership Fellow at the Asian Institute of Management. Received the Datu Kamlung Banwe Youth Service Award from the Office of the President and the National Youth Commission.

Selected as a finalist for the Oxford Global Leadership Challenge, recognizing his growing influence in international development and public-private partnerships.

Pathways Fellowship

Launched the Pathways Fellowship in partnership with UNICEF, ING Group, and the National Youth Commission, the result of four years of advocacy. Featured by PhilStar and ANC's Market Edge.

Named an ASEAN Youth Fellow and SEASAT Fellow. Spoke at the ASEAN Skills Forum in Singapore. Co-founded AI for Asia, focusing on AI-era skills development across the region.
